Team Building

In our team-building workshop, everyone participates in preparing and eating a gourmet meal together. Groups are divided into smaller teams, each of which will work on a part of your pre-selected menu. After cooking together, under the direction of our culinary instructors, the entire group will sit down to enjoy the meal and discuss what they have learned. You and your guests will receive a Viking apron as a memento of your culinary experience. Choose from the following teambuilding classes or let us create a unique team-building experience for your team:

Pasta Workshop

Basic Pasta Dough; Herbed Pasta with Red Wine and Mushrooms; Pumpkin Ravioli with Sage Butter; Goat Cheese Tortellini with Tomato Concassé

Tamales & Sangria
