Studio A

Studio A provides a nurturing environment for those seeking a connection between body, heart, and mind. The studio offers weekly yoga, Barre and Pilates classes tailored to meet the needs of each individual.

Increased energy levels, stress reduction, greater flexibility, and peace of mind are just a few of the benefits. Essentially, a yoga practice helps us become more aware of our body's alignment, posture, and movement patterns, in turn helping us to relax even in the midst of a stressful environment.

Focusing on postural strength and alignment, Barre fuses elements of ballet, Pilates, and stretching for a unique experience. The ballet barre is used to sculpt the lower body and abs and will quickly transform the entire body, resulting in a toned, trim physique.
