The Alluvian Spa is a 7,000-square-foot luxury spa located in the heart of the Mississippi Delta. It offers a complete menu of treatments including face and body care, massage therapy, therapeutic baths, hand and foot care, and cosmetic and hair services. The spa pampers guests even further with indigenous treatments and its signature Sweet Tea services. The Alluvian Spa is dedicated to rejuvenating both body and soul, providing a premium spa visit and a relaxing Delta experience.

Scheduling and Appointments
We recommend booking your services in advance to secure your preferred appointment times. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel; otherwise, the full service charge will apply. A credit card is required to secure all reservations.

Spa Admission
Spa treatments are available to guests age 18 and over. Young adults may engage in our specifically designed young adult services. Please consult with our reservation specialists.

Gift Cards
Gift cards for spa services and spa retail items are an ideal year-round gift for any special occasion. Inquire at spa reception or at the front desk of The Alluvian Hotel.

Southern Hospitality
We request that you refrain from cell phone use while visiting the spa. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Check-In
We invite you to check in fifteen minutes prior to your appointment.

Late Arrivals
Arriving late may shorten your treatment, so we encourage you to arrive on time to enjoy your full service. Please allow 5–15 minutes between services for transitions.

Spa Boutique
Take the spa experience home with you. The most advanced skin care products used in all of our treatments and spa gift items are available in our spa boutique. Our spa professionals will match your needs with the products best suited for you. We offer shipping on retail items, please inquire at our spa reception desk.

Medical
Please inform us of any medical or other special needs that require our attention. For your safety and well being, we highly discourage alcohol consumption prior to spa treatments, immediate sun exposure following skin care therapy and shaving after exfoliating treatments. Expecting mothers, please bring doctor’s permission for massage.

Groups and Special Events
Group or special occasion reservations should be scheduled well in advance to ensure availability. The Alluvian Spa is available for special after hour events. Celebrate any special event, be it a wedding, family reunion or anniversary with your own private spa party. Our spa staff will help you create the spa event of your dreams. Availability and pricing vary.

Guest Amenity Passes
Guest amenity passes are available for The Alluvian Spa for $20 per day.  Men and women’s steam rooms, showers, locker rooms and tranquility rooms are available for your enjoyment with purchase of the guest amenity pass.  Those guests who do not have other spa services booked, may request a day pass by contacting the Spa Front Desk. 

Service Charge
For your convenience an 18% service charge will be automatically added to the cost of all services.
 

Valuables
In our efforts to provide exceptional customer service within the safest environment, we encourage you to leave your personal and valuable items at home. As a general policy, the Spa and our service providers are not responsible for and cannot directly accept for safekeeping any moneys, securities, jewelry, or precious stones of any kind belonging to any guest. A locker is available for storage of your personal items, however any items stored or left in the locker are the sole responsibility of the guest and the locker is not guaranteed to be secure. In no event shall the Spa be liable for any theft or loss of personal property, including jewelry or other personal items, exceeding $1,000 and will only be liable for that amount if the item was registered with the Facility and the loss was caused solely by the fault of the Spa.
